Recent website updates
Here are a couple of sites that I've been working on this year.
These sites had been designed using early coding (framesets), but have now been upgraded by customising various CSS templates, offered free by generous souls in webland.

Textbook for CSS Coding
Here is a useful book found in the city library, that have websites and tutorial offerings for download. I'll keep updating the same post as more good books are found on the shelves.

Topics of interest for CSS Coding
Lots of topics to browse. Check out the home sites for the contributors to this site.
Blue Robot:
This site has not been updated in quite a while, but there are some basic layout codes that might be useful to some.
CSS Play:
This sexagenarian web coder has created the most amazing features using CSS code. Best of all, he very generously allows free use of his code (although it's always polite to link to his site if you do use some). It can be a little tricky to copy & change the code to suit yourself, but it's well worth the effort.
Dynamic Drive:
There is a 'CSS Library' section to this site which has some clever MENU and image arranging code.
Plough Deep:
I found some interesting DROP SHADOW coding on this site.
Simple Bits:
Dan Cederholm has written (both in book & online form) some good coding information.
Here is his site:

He also contributes to the Web Standards Group:

Stop Design:
Douglas Bowman has written (both in book & online form) some good coding information.
Here are a couple of his sites:

Wikipedia / Web colours:
For colours beyond the usual ones, scroll down this page to view colours & alpha-numeric codes.
